Any pricing, quotes, or estimates provided on this Site or via email are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing is determined only after an on-site inspection by a Lowman Heating & Air technician.

Scheduling:
Submission of an online contact form or service request does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are confirmed only after verification by our office staff via phone or email.

Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, aggressive behavior, or conditions that violate local codes or regulations.

5. Payment and Cancellations

Payment:
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment for services is due upon completion of the work.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or cancellations made without sufficient notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which it is made available. You agree not to:

Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without our written permission.

Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.

After texting “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
